On January 18th, Olivier gave a lecture at the Association universitaire et artistique de Neuilly (AUAN) on the EU’s trade policy. This was an opportunity to review the many benefits that the EU derives from international trade, how increasingly ambitious agreements are negotiated, and the challenges that the Commission is currently facing in its commitment to defending a free and rules-based trade order.
